YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Systems Innovation, Governance & Data Analytics team within Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL).

In this role, you will take ownership of analysing, mapping and improving business processes across our FVL operations, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen governance and improve operational performance.

Working closely with operational teams, systems specialists and senior stakeholders, you will challenge existing ways of working, translate business requirements into practical solutions and drive improvements that support day-to-day operations and wider strategic objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will take a hands-on approach to reviewing and mapping business processes across our FVL operations, working directly with teams to understand how activities are carried out, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Using process mapping, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies, you will design improved workflows and work with stakeholders to implement changes that deliver measurable operational benefits.

You will build strong relationships across different departments, gathering business requirements, understanding operational challenges and challenging existing practices to develop solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.

Data will be central to your approach. You will analyse operational information, monitor key performance indicators and use insights to identify trends, assess process effectiveness and support informed business decisions. Working alongside our systems and data teams, you will help ensure processes are supported by effective governance and reliable information.

You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows through systems improvements and automation, collaborating with relevant teams to translate operational requirements into practical enhancements.

You will also play an active role in change management, supporting user acceptance testing, developing process documentation and engaging with stakeholders to ensure new ways of working are successfully implemented and embedded across the business.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst with a strong background in process mapping, continuous improvement and business transformation. You will be confident working across operational environments, engaging with stakeholders and translating complex challenges into practical, measurable improvements.

You will bring strong process mapping and modelling capabilities, alongside an understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. You will be comfortable conducting root cause analysis, reviewing operational performance and using data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business decisions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to challenge established ways of working, influence decisions and support teams through change. You will also have experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, draw.io or similar, alongside an understanding of process governance, systems improvement and change management.

Relevant qualifications in business analysis, Lean Six Sigma or process improvement would be advantageous.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance along with access to an employee benefits platform that offers discounts on gym memberships and money off vouchers for a diverse range of retail, travel and hospitality brands. There’s no doubt that you will be compensated for your hard work and commitment so if you’d like to work for one of the top Logistics providers in the world then please do get in touch to find your next role.
