YOUR ROLE

 

As a Business Process Clerk at CEVA Logistics, you will support the continuous improvement of business processes, performance measurement, and data quality across the organisation. This role offers a structured learning and development in KPIs, performance frameworks, and operational reporting. You will work closely with multiple teams to help analyse business performance, improve efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure accurate, reliable data is used to drive decision‑making.
 
 
This role is an FTC 10 month position.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

You will support ongoing performance improvement initiatives by helping develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and business performance measures. Assisting with creating customer SOPs, producing regular performance reports, and ensuring data accuracy through audits and cleansing activities. Working collaboratively across teams, you will help identify data quality issues, document problems and solutions, support corrective actions, and contribute to the development and enforcement of business policies and procedures.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and detail focused individual with good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication. You will be organised, comfortable working to deadlines, and able to manage data accurately while working as part of a team. A flexible attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in business processes and performance improvement will set you up for success in this role.
