ÉTABLIR LES DÉCLARATIONS EN DOUANE DES CAS LIÉS AUX RÉGLEMENTATIONS SPÉCIFIQUES 

• Réceptionner le dossier transport en provenance du service exploitation.
• Définir et attribuer : - une nomenclature de dédouanement en conformité avec la réglementation et les procédures douanières internes. - la liquidation en douane. 
• Consulter le système d’information ou la documentation officielle pour déterminer les documents à produire.
• Établir et saisir la déclaration dans le système informatique interne ou externe et éditer la liasse.
• Remettre le dossier de transport avec la déclaration au commis en douane. 

CONSEILLER SUR LA RÉGLEMENTATION ET LES PROCÉDURES DOUANIÈRES SPÉCIFIQUES EN INTERNE OU EXTERNE

• Conseiller les clients ou des interlocuteurs internes sur la réglementation et les procédures douanières, en amont, en cours ou postérieurement à la production du dossier de transport.
• Assister les agents déclarants et déclarant en douane adjoint à toute les étapes de la déclaration en cas de mise en œuvre de réglementations spécifiques (type textile, alimentaire…).

RÉGLER LES LITIGES AVEC L’ADMINISTRATION DES DOUANES ET INFORMER 

• Réceptionner et régler les litiges (assimilables à des erreurs) et/ou transmettre les informations relatives au traitement des litiges (contestation de déclaration par l’administration) à la hiérarchie.
• Informer les clients ou ses relations internes du suivi des litiges.
• Donner les instructions au commis avant et après les visites.
• Assister et renseigner le déclarant adjoint dans son travail.

SIGNER LES DÉCLARATIONS 

• L’agent ayant reçu la procuration signe les déclarations.
• L’agent déclarant en douane adjoint n’a pas la procuration.
