We’re looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a national team supporting both B2B and B2C customers—including home‑delivery operations—across Canada. In this role, you’ll drive service excellence, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth communication between customers, fulfillment centers, planning teams, and last‑mile delivery partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a national customer service team to meet service‑level targets.
- Handle escalations for delivery exceptions, order issues, and consumer home‑delivery challenges.
- Partner with operations and delivery teams to support on‑time, accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze service metrics and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate data across CRM, OMS, and delivery‑tracking systems.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of customer service experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution.
- 1–2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.Strong understanding of order fulfillment and last‑mile delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and coaching skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑region environment.
