YOUR ROLE

Road Transport Operations Administrator (Automotive Sector) is responsible for ensuring the effective and smooth coordination of transport flows between relevant parties, by supervising service availability and delivery times, limiting delays and maximizing performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Monitor the smooth running of logistics flows on a daily basis.
• Produce and manage transport operational KPIs on a daily basis.
• Provide operational support (transport solutions, etc.) to our client, in order to secure the service.
• Coordinate certain transport operational issues with the teams.
• Manage operational issues related to the activity (Delay, Load Availability, Anomaly, etc.).
• Supervisee the delivery time.
• Implement continuous improvement projects.

 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Entry-level position. First experience in the transportation sector is preferred.
• Minimum Bac+2 degree in Transportation and Logistics.
• Good knowledge in international transport, automobile industry, import-export operations.
• Proficient in the office pack (especially excel).
• Interpersonal and communication skills : Customer centric, and fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
