Internship - Tender Desk Officer

ROLE
Within the Lines Department and in collaboration with the Tender Desk Manager, you will support the Tender Desk Officers team by coordinating commercial negotiations for “Key Account” tenders and ensuring their operational follow-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as an interface between Key Accounts, the Lines, and the GBS Shared Service Center for rate negotiations.
• Prepare CMA CGM commercial offers as part of tender processes.
• Respond to tenders within deadlines and coordinate negotiated rates with the Lines.
• Serve as a key contact for agents, GBS/SSC, and customers for commercial and operational follow-up.
• Actively participate in identifying customer segments and developing reporting tools.
PROFILE
• Master’s degree student (Business School or equivalent).
• Skills:
o Data processing and formatting (information flow management).
o Data analysis (QlikSense) and support for sales teams.
o Strong command of Excel.
• Languages: English required, French appreciated.
• Qualities: Organizational skills, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills (interaction with multiple departments).
• No prior professional experience required.
