Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously optimise the autorating process related to billing and accruals, contributing to seamless financial operations and accurate reporting.
- Collect detailed tariff data from various stakeholders across the NORTAM region, validating and analysing this information to support operational accuracy.
- Prepare and upload complex tariff files into internal tools, leveraging both your logistics knowledge and technical skills to ensure process integrity.
- Verify the successful upload of tariffs, identifying and resolving any issues promptly to minimise disruption to business processes.
- Provide comprehensive technical and functional support to logistics and technical users in both English and Spanish, promoting effective communication across diverse teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline with a strong focus on data queries, analysis, and management.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level to ensure effective communication within the region.
- Solid understanding of international logistics principles, with specific knowledge of domestic and international buy/sell tariffs being highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, to manage and analyse complex data sets.
