Key Responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and manage invoices from CEVA's foreign offices ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze invoice data to identify and reduce client rejections, improving overall billing efficiency.
- Diligently track and input documentation and references for assigned accounts into Pegase or LINK platforms in a timely manner.
- Monitor and update expected and actual events, reason codes, and deviations within the CW1 system for foreign offices, ensuring data integrity and adherence to timelines.
- Communicate import shipment details to United States and Canadian customs authorities in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Generate invoices for external clients via CW1 or other platforms as stipulated by internal foreign offices, maintaining accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Produce and evaluate monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to account activities, and prepare clear presentations to share insights with CEVA’s international offices.
- Create comprehensive operational reports tailored to client needs to support transparent and effective communication.
- Maintain and update process documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect ongoing improvements and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, to efficiently communicate with international stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; experience with enterprise systems such as Pegase, LINK, and CW1 is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail to identify trends and prevent errors in invoicing and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams and offices.
