Key Responsibilities

Gather reporting requirements and dashboard needs from stakeholders.
Participate in business analysis activities to identify reporting opportunities.
Communicate trends and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively.
Create and maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards using Tableau.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to support business objectives.
Perform large-scale data analysis to generate actionable insights.
Identify opportunities through ad hoc analysis and trend evaluation to improve KPIs.
Support business stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of reports for internal and external users.
Provide reporting and analytics support as required.
Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of report quality.
Deliver training and guidance to users on generating ad hoc reports.
Drive task automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Travel as required based on departmental and project needs.

Professional Experience

Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Experience implementing data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), ETL processes, and analytics.
Experience with analytical programming using Python.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and experience in data warehousing design and data mining (preferred).
