Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MDM Executive to join our Data, BI and Innovation Department within the Air and Ocean Transverse Division of CEVA A&O Mexico. 

The successful candidate will serve as the Master Data Management (MDM) executive responsible for the effective handling of critical data assets. This position not only supports the integrity and optimisation of our data systems but also fosters strong collaboration and communication with key stakeholders across the North American region including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, centralise, organise, categorise, locate, synchronise, enrich, and distribute master data to align with company standards and operational requirements.
  • Provide expert contact point, assistance and training to end users within the North American territories, ensuring they are well-supported and knowledgeable about data management processes.
  • Facilitate and maintain communication channels with Key Users and MDM counterparts to guarantee seamless execution and organisation of all relevant data management processes.
  • Consistently update and maintain databases, ensuring data cleanliness, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Keep internal tools and systems up to date with new features and upgrades communicated by the global team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams involved in logistics, data analysis, and innovation to support business objectives and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level minimum, enabling effective communication across international teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyse data sets efficiently.
  • Desirable knowledge in International Logistics, enhancing understanding of supply chain and transport operations.
