We are looking for a Sales Support Professional to join our Sales team within the Freight Forwarding industry, providing key commercial and operational support to drive business growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.

 

Role Purpose

Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team, assisting with quotations, customer requests, sales follow‑up, and coordination with internal teams such as pricing, operations, and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and commercial activities
  • Prepare and follow up on freight quotations (air, ocean, and ground)
  • Coordinate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
  • Support RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and basic analysis
  • Communicate with domestic and international customers in English and Spanish
  • Ensure accuracy, timely responses, and compliance with internal processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Commercial roles
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of international transportation processes and Incoterms (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Advanced English – strong written and verbal communication skills
