Job Purpose :
The role supports the Global HSE function by strengthening reporting, project monitoring, and communication processes to enhance visibility, consistency, and execution of HSE initiatives across regions.
Key Accountabilities :
- Support the production of global HSE reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and promote HSE communications and ensure the deployment within the network (awareness content, internal social media posts, …)
- Participation in the deployment and the monitoring of the HSE management system (including implementation of training curricula, document distribution, …)
- Provide first-level support for the Intelex incident management system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and contributing to system data quality and user experience
- Help monitor project progress, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist in wider HSE initiatives/Projects (environmental initiatives, benchmarks…)
Knowledge, Experience & Skills :
- Education & Qualifications :
Essential : University – Master’s Degree: Study with a HSE focus
- Experience :
Essential : No prior professional experience required or “First experience (internship or academic projects) in data or HSE environment
Desirable : Previous experience in HSE
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills :
Essential : Data: comfortable working with data and databases, proficiency in Excel, Analytical and synthesis skills, Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling and Ability to structure and synthesize complex information into clear messages (data storytelling mindset).
Desirable : Appetite in digital tool, Power BI would be a plus
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills :
Essential : Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French, Autonomy, Excellent communication skills and Ability to work in a team, good relationship
