YOUR ROLE 

Attached to Business Development division at Global Head Office, the role supports the Global Quoting & Pricing organisation by leading and conducting the functional roadmap of our Spot Quote solution.

This position requires strong skills of analysis, enhancement of processes, project and change management that will bring reliability of our quoting activities worldwide.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ?

• Collect, challenge and document business requirements from global and regional stakeholders (sales, pricing, operations, product) and translate them into clear functional business requirements for the Spot Quote solution.
• Plan and coordinate requirements and enhancements related to the Spot Quote tool, in close collaboration with IT project team. Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), consolidate feedback and ensure that defects and improvement requests are tracked and resolved.
• Support change management by preparing communication, user guides and training materials, and by delivering or coordinating training sessions within our network of Key Users.
• Liaise with key user community being key point of contact, providing day-to-day support and collecting user feedback to feed the continuous improvement roadmap.
• Promote best practices and standardized processes for quoting and pricing within the organization, ensuring alignment with the global pricing strategy.
• Contribute to the definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of key performance indicators related to quoting and pricing efficiency, data quality and user adoption.
• Analyze quote data, pricing and operational data (e.g. response times, Hit rates, margins, volumes) and provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the performance of the Spot Quote activity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital project management,  Data/Business Analytics, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in digital project management or pricing/quoting project in a corporate environment. Experience working in an international/multicultural context. 

• Good knowledge on business process, related to pricing and quote (or strong capacity to learn).

• Project management knowledge.
• Strong business orientation skill (business scope, process design, business requirements) .

• Ability to work cross-functionally (between IT teams, business counter parts).

• Fluent English.
