CISO Office PMO (Apprenticeship) 

 

Context :

 

The CISO Office PMO (Apprenticeship) supports the operational coordination and project management activities. The role contributes to the follow-up and consolidation of operational information related to cybersecurity projects, workforce tracking, budget monitoring, reporting activities, and team coordination across multiple cybersecurity domains. 

 

This role is focused on helping cybersecurity teams with coordination, reporting, budget and workforce data consolidation, and operational follow-up across ongoing initiatives. 

 

The candidate will work closely with different teams to help improve visibility, tracking, and operational efficiency within the department. 

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

Project Coordination & Support :

 

  • Contribute to transversal support activities through reporting, data consolidation, and operational analysis 

  • Support the planning and execution of CISO office activities along with its transformation projects 

  • Contribute to transversal project documentations (roadmaps, reports, action trackers)  

 

Process Improvement, Innovation & Automation :

 

  • Identify opportunities to improve and simplify operational and back-office processes  

  • Support automation initiatives for repetitive administrative and reporting activities  

  • Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity, reporting quality, coordination, and documentation management  

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within cybersecurity operational processes  

  • Assist in optimizing workflows, trackers, and collaboration methods across teams 

 

Budget & Finance Consolidation :

 

  • Help the team in consolidation & maintenance of budget & expenditure tracking 

  • Support collection and organization of financial data from different teams 

  • Maintain budget follow-up spreadsheets and operational trackers 

  • Help ensure reporting information remains updated and accurate 

 

Workforce & Resource Tracking :

 

  • Consolidate workforce and staffing information across cybersecurity teams  

  • Maintain headcount and onboarding/offboarding tracking files  

  • Support resource planning and team allocation visibility  

  • Help maintain organizational tracking documents and staffing status updates  

 

Preferred Skills :

 

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies or PMO activities  

  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools (MS office, Power BI)  

  • Exposure to collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, etc  

  • Interest in workflow automation and process optimization  

  • Curious about AI tools and productivity technologies  

  • Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and proactive mindset.  

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity or IT environments is a plus 

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
