WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative (junior) Finance Analyst based in Europe to join our FP&A team. This role can be based in Paris, Marseille, or performed remotely within Europe. You will play a key role in supporting and, in some cases, leading the financial planning, analysis, and control of SG&A expenses across Europe, as well as contributing to various cross-functional financial initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of experience in corporate and/or operational finance. Familiarity with data science is a strong plus. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for process improvement.
In this role, you will report directly to our FP&A Director for Europe , have 1 direct colleague and collaborate closely with FP&A controllers in countries. You will also work hand-in-hand with product and functional leaders across Europe, ensuring alignment and driving financial insights.
As the FP&A Analyst for Europe, you will be at the heart of all SG&A-related matters, gaining exposure to a wide range of activities and contributing to the success of CEVA.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
- Lead and support SG&A reporting: template development, consolidation, reconciliation, and group-level reporting.
- Drive Budget and Outlook processes for SG&A and or transversal control areas, including quarterly and yearly cycles.
- Collaborate with country and global FP&A to prepare data for SG&A and transversal control reporting for global and regional stakeholders.
- Responsible for the month end closing of the SG&A control / transversal control areas.
- Lead and or support SG&A Plan analysis, including model maintenance, data collection, and valuation.
- Drive automation and improvement projects (e.g., data collection and consolidation automation, unified reporting, automation of Management Fees calculation, etc.).
- Engage in cross-functional discussions with Global, country, functions, products, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the orchestration of the Budget, Month End and Outlook process
- Drive Cost optimization initiatives.
WHAT WE HOPE YOU WILL BRING
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Corporate or Operational Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to improve processes and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in French is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, positive, and creative mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of data science is a plus.
