You own the end-to-end Product Line financial cycle (actuals, budget, forecast, risk management) and connect operational KPIs with financial results to steer performance by region, country, and customer.

You lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global finance processes, reporting, and analytics. As owner of Contract Logistics finance systems and process framework, you ensure strong financial governance, standardized ways of working, and Operations Control compliance worldwide.

What are you going to do ?

· Act as primary Finance Business Partner to the Global Leader of CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL).

· Prepare periodic management reports, perform data analysis, identify issues and risk areas, and propose action-oriented solutions.

· Forecast profitability based on periodic closings, assess existing methodologies, and recommend new approaches.

· Implement the Contract Logistics Finance systems blueprint to standardize reporting and ensure consistent, accurate information across the global network, acting as central point of contact for the five regions.

· Use and further develop reporting tools (QlikSense, Power BI, JD Edwards allocation processes, WMS finance modules) and complementary manual processes to design dashboards and reports for operational, regional/country, and commercial performance.

· Perform ad hoc business analyses to improve Product Line profitability and/or mitigate risks.

· Analyze performance bridges, customer churn and root causes, identify actions, and monitor investments within the operational scope.

· Contribute to technology selection, architecture, and systems design as a key finance stakeholder in transformation projects.

· Drive and support ongoing finance and cross-functional projects (with Business Development, IT, and global/regional/local teams).

· Proactively identify operational efficiencies and productivity improvements, performing deep dives at contract level to continuously drive performance.

· Own and manage the ICAP process within Contract Logistics, ensuring robust governance and review of investments and new business projects.

· Assess financial and operational risks and lead the definition and follow-up of mitigating actions.

Who are we looking for?

· Around 5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or financial accounting; exposure to operations or supply chain environments is a strong plus.

· Solid experience working with data (extraction, structuring, analysis, validation) and turning data into actionable insights.

· Ability to present complex financial and operational information in a clear, concise, and business-oriented way (both written and verbal).

· High level of discipline, rigor, and attention to detail, with strong ownership of data quality and deadlines.

· Comfortable building relationships and interacting with multiple stakeholders (finance, operations, business development, IT, regions/countries).

· Experience with BI and reporting tools; knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
