Your Role

As a Project Studies Manager, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and implementing logistics solutions for our clients. You will conduct feasibility studies, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall performance of the Supply Chain. You will work closely with internal teams (Commercial, Business Development, Operations) and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct logistics and transport studies for existing and new clients.

• Design and optimize logistics solutions and support their implementation.

• Prepare and contribute to client tender responses.

• Collect and analyze client requirements, develop budgets, simulate costs, and assess project feasibility.

• Develop innovative solutions and propose process optimizations to improve performance.

• Gather and challenge internal and external supplier offers.

• Monitor projects in coordination with internal teams, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

• Design and track performance indicators and provide accurate reporting.

• Conduct strategic market intelligence on transport and logistics trends.

We Are Looking For

• An experienced logistics and transport professional, with at least 3 years of experience managing studies or logistics projects, ideally in a 3PL environment.

• A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or a related technical field.

• A project management expert, capable of leading complex studies, estimating costs, setting priorities, and monitoring performance indicators.

• A strong communicator and team player, able to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, and engage stakeholders around project objectives.

• A rigorous analyst, with a structured mindset, able to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

• A results- and client-oriented professional, capable of translating studies into concrete actions and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• An advanced user of IT tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, Access; knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus.

• A bilingual French/English speaker, with professional proficiency; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.

• An open and curious personality, able to adapt, innovate, and contribute to continuous improvement in a demanding environment.
