Join CEVA France SASU as a Global Business Process Excellence Senior Specialist within our dynamic Liner division, specifically focusing on Logistics for Finished Vehicle Logistics. This pivotal role is based at our CEVA France location and offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the continuous enhancement of our global business processes.

As a key member of the Business Process Excellence team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive operational efficiency, standardisation, and best practices across our global logistics networks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes related to finished vehicle logistics, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with both local and global strategies.
• Lead process excellence projects, employing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to enhance performance metrics including quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and training materials to support consistent process execution across regions.
• Partner with IT and operational teams to leverage technology and automation tools that facilitate improved process reliability and data accuracy.
• Monitor key performance indicators to track process improvements and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for process excellence across business units, fostering a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.

About You:

• Proven experience in business process management or operational excellence, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments related to finished vehicle or automotive sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is essential.
• High level of autonomy combined with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
