CEVA Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Business Process Excellence Senior Specialist to join our Project Logistics Transverse division. This role is essential to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within our diverse Project Logistics business, impacting global business processes and contributing to overall company success.

 

About the Role:

As a Global Business Process Excellence Senior Specialist, you will be a key contributor to identifying, defining, and implementing best practices across the Business Process organisational unit within Project Logistics. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to optimise workflows, streamline operations, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics services. Your insights and expertise will support CEVA's commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable logistics solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate business process excellence initiatives to improve operational performance, reduce waste, and increase value generation across Project Logistics.
  • Analyse current business processes through data-driven approaches, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and standardisation.
  • Develop and implement global best practices, process frameworks, and methodologies aligned with CEVA Logistics strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-divisional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate change management and ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on business process management tools, techniques, and standards to employees at various organisational levels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, ensuring measurable improvements in KPIs and service delivery.
  • Support the integration of technological solutions to automate and enhance business processes where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Project Logistics Transverse teams to align process improvements with operational goals and customer requirements.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, excellence, or continuous improvement within logistics or project management environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a global, matrix organisational structure.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in business process management tools and software.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
