Global CSR Reporting & Analytics Manager

YOUR ROLE

As direct report of the Global CSR & Sustainability Director, you are managing the CSR Reporting & Analytics scope to allow a proper monitoring and progress of CEVA CSR performance. To succeed in this job, you are in close contact with the other functions, with the regions and with CMA CGM Group (mainly CSR, Energy Transition and Finance departments).

WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role:

1. CSR Reporting campaigns and CSR report (45%)

• Organize quarterly CSR reporting campaigns
• Prepare reporting and related analysis for the different audiences: CMA CGM ExCom, CEVA ExCom, Products, Regions, etc.
• Manage for CEVA the annual external CSR audit (launched at Group level)
• Increase the internal and external visibility of CSR reporting
• Contribute to drafting the annual CMA CGM CSR report
• Draft the annual CEVA CSR leaflet

2. CSR reporting transformation (25%)

• Strengthen the analytics, BI, digitalization and automation of reporting
• Achieve a complete CO2 footprint for CEVA Logistics and allow granularity (region, country, product…)
• Enable tracking of CO2 savings achieved
• Prepare the transfer of the CO2 reporting in the new Group tool (Sweep)
• CSRD (new European CSR reporting Directive entering into force for CMA CGM Group in FY27) readiness: continue compliance work jointly with CMA CGM
• Define, with other departments, CSR KPIs and targets for the 2027–2030 period

3. External CSR ratings (15%)

• Respond to the EcoVadis and CDP Climate Change questionnaires
• Identify improvement areas and implement an action plan

4. Sustainable procurement (15%)

• Represent the CSR function in the discussions and committees related to the sustainable procurement topic (at CEVA and Group level)
• Manage the CSR qualification of new suppliers in coordination with the Procurement teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• University – Master’s Degree : business, finance, environement or engineering
•  At least 10 years of professional experience
• Previous experience in financial and/or CSR reporting
• Comfortable with Excel and digital tools (Power BI, Qliksense…)
• Analytic and synthetic mindset
• Clear PPT presentations
• Oral communication skills
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
