Global Carbon Data Product Manager

YOUR ROLE
As Global Carbon Business Product Owner, you own CEVA's transport CO2e data product and are accountable for its business value, governance, quality and strategic evolution. You define the roadmap that enables CEVA and its customers to measure, monitor and improve carbon performance while ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role:
Own the global transport CO2e data product strategy and roadmap [40%]
• Define the vision, value proposition and success metrics of CEVA's transport CO2e data product.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business value, compliance requirements and customer needs.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, auditability and enterprise-wide consistency across all CO2e-related systems.
• Act as the business authority for transport carbon data governance.
Drive product delivery and value realization [25%]
• Partner with IT and digital teams to deliver carbon data capabilities and enhancements.
• Define business requirements, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Lead business prioritization and investment decisions.
• Monitor product adoption and value realization, ensuring expected business outcomes are achieved.
• Represent the business in governance and steering forums.
Ensure accurate carbon reporting and regulatory compliance [20%]
• Own the business integrity of transport CO2e calculations and reporting.
• Support corporate sustainability reporting and external audits.
• Enable transparent and granular carbon performance monitoring across regions, countries and products.
• Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability standards and reporting requirements.
Anticipate sustainability and market evolution (15%)
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry standards (ISO 14083, GLEC, GHG Protocol, SBTi, etc.).
• Benchmark market practices, technologies and competitor capabilities.
• Translate external trends into product improvements and strategic roadmap decisions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
- Education & Qualifications University – Master’s Degree: business, finance, environment or engineering
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in business analysis, product / data ownership
- Comfortable with Excel and digital tools (Power BI, Qliksense…)
- Analytic and synthetic mindset
- Clear PPT presentations
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Oral communication skills
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
