YOUR ROLE

The AI Domain Manager is a dual-expertise role responsible for accelerating the deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade AI and innovation solutions within a specific CEVA cross-functional business domain — such as Customer Excellence, End-to-End Supply Chain, or also Dynamic Pricing.

The role combines subject-matter expertise in the chosen domain with strong AI and program delivery leadership, serving as the primary connector between Business Transformation, IT, and the DDI organization to ensure that AI and innovation initiatives are delivered accurately, securely, and at scale.

The role manages the full lifecycle of AI and innovation projects — from framing and architecture through the deployment and industrialization.

As a pioneer for integrating new technology within CEVA, the role also champions AI and innovation awareness and fosters an innovation-driven culture, ensuring that teams across the business understand the opportunities AI and innovation creates and are equipped to realize them.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Own the Domain AI and Innovation Roadmap: Taking inputs and requirements from Business or Business Transformation, define and maintain the domain AI and innovation roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities, is sequenced for maximum impact, and remains aligned with CEVA strategy and the CMA CGM Group ecosystem.
2. Lead the Delivery of Projects in Collaboration with Business Transformation, AI capabilities and IT: Lead and manage project manager(s) to ensure that all AI and innovation projects within the domain are delivered accurately, at scale, and on time. Ensure that Business Transformation (requirements, adoption, change management), AI capabilities (model development), and IT (architecture, platforms, standards, run) are properly onboarded from the start and remain actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure rigorous tracking and reporting of all projects on the roadmap — maintaining up-to-date milestone plans, raising alerts early when projects are at risk, and escalating blockers to the right level before they impact delivery. Hold the team to high standards of project and engineering quality, ensuring solutions are built to be robust, scalable, and compliant with IT standards before reaching production.
3. Ensure Multi-Stakeholder Governance and High-Level Reporting on the projects: Establish and run structured governance across the organization, ensuring sustained alignment between Business Transformation, DDI, and IT at every stage of delivery. Chair steering committees, design authority reviews, and go/no-go gates to keep decisions transparent, timely, and made at the right level. Produce clear, concise high-level reporting for senior management and COMEX on portfolio status, value delivered, risks, and strategic priorities.
4. Be the Domain Expert on AI and Innovation: Serve as CEVA's reference expert on AI and innovation within the assigned domain. Maintain a sharp and current understanding of how AI and innovation technologies, emerging tools, and industry best practices can be applied to transform that domain and bring that expertise to bear when framing new use cases, challenging solution designs, or advising senior stakeholders. Identify and evaluate relevant technology partnerships, research developments, and startup innovations. Champion AI awareness and literacy within the domain, translating technical possibilities into concrete business opportunities and building a culture where teams are equipped and motivated to innovate.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree required.
• Demonstrated expertise in transformation
• Project & Product Management Qualifications.
• 5-10 years’ experience in transformations or digital / IT projects
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or digital program.
• Proven experience of program and project framing disciplines: business case construction, milestone-driven delivery
