As a Global Project Management Senior Expert within CEVA France SASU, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development and innovation within our Finished Vehicle Logistics sector. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, large-scale projects with a global scope, ensuring alignment with CEVA strategic goals and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement project methodologies and best practices tailored to product development and logistics innovation to maximise efficiency and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, marketing, finance, and external partners to drive project success.
• Provide expert advice and mentorship to project managers and teams, fostering professional growth and excellence in project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive solutions that ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyse project data and outcomes to generate insights and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion CEVA's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric approaches by integrating these principles into project planning and execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience in global project management, preferably within the logistics or automotive sectors.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles involving multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders internationally.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and senior stakeholders effectively.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, PMP or Prince2 certifications is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving impactful changes in dynamic environments.
