YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Business Solutions Manager, you will act as the bridge between our customers, commercial teams, operations, and IT functions. Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously enhance customer-facing business solutions, including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, and dashboards, that improve visibility, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Support Business Development and Tender Management teams during customer tenders and solution presentations.
  • Promote our standard digital solutions, web platforms, EDI capabilities, and e-booking tools.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify reporting, visibility, integration, and data exchange needs.
  • Design customer-focused business solutions aligned with operational capabilities and business objectives.
  • Educate commercial teams on our digital ecosystem and business solution offerings.

Solution Implementation & Project Management

  • Validate solution designs with Customer Service, Operations, and Customer Business Solutions stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of business solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Configure customer access and digital tools within our platforms.
  • Coordinate EDI implementation projects with customers and internal Business Analysts.
  • Develop and configure customer reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Provide data quality and control reporting to support operational excellence.
  • Ensure business solution requirements are accurately documented within SOPs and operational processes.

Roll-Out & Customer Support

  • Monitor solution performance and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Optimize customer reports, dashboards, and KPI visibility tools.
  • Support customers during deployment and adoption phases.

Customer Engagement & Business Growth

  • Proactively promote business solutions during customer reviews and business meetings.
  • Deliver customer training sessions and drive solution adoption.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers by identifying new opportunities to improve supply chain visibility and performance.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Participate in transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through EDI, reporting automation, and digital solutions.
  • Contribute to product and solution enhancements by defining business requirements and user stories.
  • Support regional and global projects involving customer platforms, reporting solutions, and system integrations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Global Supply Chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, customer-facing solutions, EDI, reporting tools, and logistics systems (TMS).
  • Proven ability to manage projects and translate customer requirements into effective business solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, IT, and commercial teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence, coordinate, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in an international environment.
