Responsibilities: 
As part of a major digital transformation plan for its commercial functions, CEVA Logistics is looking for a CRM Business Analyst (M/F) to strengthen its global CRM team. Reporting to the Global Sales Process Manager, you will join the Sales Performance & Governance team at the Commercial Department headquarters, with the following responsibilities:

•    Modelling sales processes
•    Analysing and structuring (reports, dashboards, data visualisation) CRM data to meet a variety of needs
•    Supporting the change management necessary for the adoption of CRM

Depending on your aptitude, you may be assigned other tasks.

Profile:
You are enrolled in a Master's programme at a business or management school, have a strong interest in B2B sales, and are already convinced that digital tools and data are drivers of performance. You are able to work in a multicultural environment and are fluent in English.
Desirable skills:
•    Excel (advanced), Python, PowerBI
•    BPMN process modelling
•    Logistics sector
