PMO Business Development Europe
Location: ideally in Emblem (Paris La Défense) or possible in Marseille Head Office
Your role :
The Project Management Officer (PMO) for BD Europe plays a key role in supporting strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination across the region. This position supports the SVP BD Europe in delivering the annual Strategic Roadmap and ensures alignment across BD sectors, BD products, and other internal partners & stakeholders. The PMO is also responsible for preparing executive-level presentations, facilitating workshops, and supporting governance activities and cross-functional initiatives.
What are you going to do ?
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the creation and ongoing management of the annual Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with SVP BD and BD objectives.
- Facilitate strategic alignment between SVP BD and BD sectors/products through regular coordination and monthly reviews.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and ensure consistency with strategic goals.
Governance & Business Reviews
- Prepare and coordinate content for regular BD Steering Committee meetings (weekly or bi-monthly).
- Organize and develop materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for Global Head Office (GHO) and European Steering Committees.
- Manage the Flash Sector reporting cadence, ensuring timely, accurate reporting of sales pipeline data and insights.
- Plan and support quarterly BD Review Sessions with BD Sectors, including documentation and follow-up on actions.
- Collect and compile Top 5 Highlights & Lowlights reports from Sectors weekly, with action tracking and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Prepare presentations for customer meetings in line with RSL & RKAMs (ABR, QBR…)
- Produce material for key internal meetings in Europe and in the other regions (for RBDL, Product CEOs, Country Management…).
- Organize and support Townhalls with the BD team (Sectors & Products), promoting clear communication and engagement.
- Coordinate and prepare activities with key internal stakeholders supporting BD: Sales Empowerment, CSR, HR, Finance, and Marketing to ensure effective collaboration.
- Support and coordinate projects initiated by GHO or CMA CGM with Sales Empowerment Team, Cross Selling & Upselling Team…: M&A, NPS, C Cube, C-SAT, or CoE restructuring.
Project & Workshop Management
- Provide PMO support for cross-functional projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Design, organize, and facilitate strategic workshops and sessions.
- Ensure clear documentation of outcomes and action plans following workshops or meetings.

Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field preferred
- More than 7 years of experience in PMO, business strategy, consulting, or business operations
- Prior experience in a matrixed and multinational environment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with commercial, product-led, or sector-based organizations is an advantage
