YOUR ROLE
As the PMO HR Europe, you will ensure the efficient execution, governance, and coordination of HR operations across the Europe region. Reporting to the HR VP Europe, this role is critical in driving financial management, process optimization, data governance, and reporting to support HR effectiveness and alignment with CEVA’s global strategy.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Financial & Workforce Planning Governance:
- Prepare, challenge, define, and monitor the Europe HR budget in coordination with the Europe Leadership Team and Country HRDs
- Coordinate the staff budget process/workforce planning and act as the Europe single point of contact for the process, planning, and tools (e.g., myHR compass)
- Support demand management and resource planning for HR projects, ensuring visibility of plans and mitigating risks on capacity or capability.
HR Transformation & Governance:
- Structure the HR transformation plan for Europe, ensuring alignment with business goals and the global HR roadmap
- Define data governance and act as BPO (Business Process Owner) for core HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
Reporting, Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare and facilitate Europe HRLT meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making
- Provide data analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Support transversal topics (e.g., HR policies, European Works Council) and provide regular project status updates to senior management
- Analyze the impact of project changes and develop engagement strategies to drive adoption across diverse teams.
Project Portfolio & PMO Operations:
- Lead and govern the Europe HR projects portfolio, communicating progress and decisions to the organization
- Provide process support to operational execution, managing key process indices and providing data support
- Contribute to the development of the PMO framework, including methodologies, processes, and tools
- Ensure high-standard delivery of project scoping, coordination, and support.
SME Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HR team, providing training, support, and templates for project management
- Capture and manage risks related to capacity or capability for successful project delivery.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Masters degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related fields
- Proven experience in HR operations, financial planning, budget management, workforce planning, and data governance in a multi-country environment.
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost analysis)
- Strong knowledge in data governance and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, reporting)
- Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP) and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Qliksense).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project and process management
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages (especially French,...).
- Certification/qualification in Project management (e.g., PMP) or data governance certifications is a appreciated.
