YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with both HR and business leaders to implement and sustain talent management practices that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. 

You will engage the Logistics talent development community, ensuring alignment between business priorities and Group frameworks, while monitoring and guiding the effective deployment of talent initiatives action plans. This role also involves delivering impactful communications, leveraging analytics to track progress, and promoting strong collaboration across regions and activities. 

You will drive the Logistics Talent agenda by supporting the identification, development, and retention of diverse, high-performing talent, and by leading the execution of talent programs designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and support business performance. 

You will also steer key talent processes—including people reviews, succession planning, performance management, internal mobility and career development—ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with evolving business needs. 

 

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

  • Partner with the Global Talent Management Director, HR teams, and business leaders to translate global talent strategy into clear, actionable priorities.  

  • Lead the deployment of core talent processes across the organization, including internal mobility, performance management, and people reviews, while enabling stakeholders through targeted workshops and sessions.  

  • Leverage talent and performance data to identify trends, development priorities, and growth opportunities.  

  • Turn insights into impactful recommendations that shape development initiatives and inform talent discussions at all levels.  

  • Enable HR and business leaders to embed these insights into career conversations, learning strategies, and development actions.  

  • Drive career development opportunities in close partnership with HRBPs.  

  • Lead the preparation and follow-up of Talent Committees to ensure quality execution.  

  • Monitor program effectiveness, track outcomes, and continuously improve impact.  

  • Coach and develop the talent development network  

  • Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all talent practices. 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 10–12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in talent management, learning, and leadership development  

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage talent data and analytics to drive insight‑based decision-making  

  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools  

  • Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills  

  • Solid understanding of DEI, performance management, and talent development frameworks  

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment  

  • Trusted advisor and sparring partner to both business and HR stakeholders  

  • Proactive and creative problem solver, continuously seeking innovative solutions  

  • Strong adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change  

  • Fluency in English
