YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tangible value to our client. In a context where performance and cost optimization are critical (with clear annual reduction targets), your mission is to turn data into action and ideas into measurable results.
You will act as a change driver, identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our operations remain competitive, efficient, and fully aligned with our client commitments.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DO?
Your Impact:
- Analyze operational and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex processes into pragmatic, field-ready solutions
- Deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
- Build strong partnerships with operations teams and act as a trusted advisor to the client
- Support the achievement of contractual objectives, including annual cost reduction targets
As a Project Engineer you will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and operational data
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend concrete improvement actions
- Build business cases, including cost models, assumptions, and risk analysis
- Develop and present impactful project proposals to stakeholders and clients
- Lead and follow up on projects from idea to implementation
- Monitor milestones, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Conduct time, motion, and efficiency studies to optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Act as a key interface between operations, management, and the client
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven experience (or strong interest) in process improvement and operational optimization
- Understanding of complex environments (experience in medical/logistics is a plus)
- Solid project management skills: structured, organized, and results-driven
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies is a strong asset
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
