We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at CEVA FM Mexico, located in Cuautitlan Izcalli. This key role within the Core Transversal Functions division and the Performance Management and Business Process Excellence department focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence across our organisation.

As a Continuous Improvement Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for administrating and leading processes aimed at continual enhancement of business operations. You will promote the generation and implementation of innovative ideas from employees, leveraging the power of Kaizen methodologies to foster a culture of sustained improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee continuous improvement processes ensuring systemic and sustainable enhancements across operational and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate the control and tracking of Kaizen initiatives and employee-submitted improvement ideas to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Standardise processes and procedures within both administrative and operational domains to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Act as a facilitator in the design and implementation of Kaizen workshops and improvement projects with the goal of increasing service quality and productivity.
  • Ensure effective execution of actions derived from implemented ideas and monitor their impact on productivity within operational areas, supporting sustainable continuous improvement practices.
  • Oversee workload management of personnel, tools, and equipment necessary for seamless execution of operational processes.
  • Implement and comply with requirements set forth by the Site Classification Assessment (SCA), maintaining alignment with organisational standards and regulatory expectations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies, with practical experience in Kaizen implementation and process standardisation. You should possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaborative environments that encourage employee participation in improvement efforts.

Strong communication skills are essential for liaising across departments, facilitating workshops, and ensuring clear documentation and reporting of improvement activities. An analytical mindset with attention to detail is critical for monitoring productivity metrics and assessing the effectiveness of implemented changes.
