This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours a week.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Senior General Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering robust labour, capacity and operational plans that ensure consistent achievement of service, productivity and cost objectives. You will translate forecast volumes into clear, executable plans across labour, shifts, space and throughput, ensuring full operational readiness across both steady-state and peak periods.
Working closely with operational and support teams, you will ensure plans are aligned to real-time business needs, enabling smooth and efficient end-to-end execution. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational stability, driving cost efficiency and supporting strong performance across the site.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data-led insight, accurate forecasting and proactive risk management to anticipate challenges and keep the operation running at its best. You will act as a key link between planning and operations, ensuring decisions are informed, timely and aligned to business priorities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact on operational performance within a flagship site.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have strong Excel skills and experience using planning or workforce management systems, along with strong attention to detail. Exposure to WMS, scenario modelling and contingency planning would be advantageous. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to clearly explain planning outputs to operational stakeholders, as well as influence and challenge where appropriate. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are key, along with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders when required. You will bring strong analytical capability developed within planning, operations or supply chain environments, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development.
