Warehouse Operative - 12 Hour Shifts (Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday)

YOUR ROLE

 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in a brand-new, client-funded role. This position offers a consistent four-day working week, providing excellent work-life balance within a well-run and supportive environment.

 

The shift time for this position is 06.00 – 18.00 (12-hour shifts) working Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday and the salary is £31,799.04

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Efficiently unload incoming vehicles, receipting goods and ensuring accurate put-away within the warehouse
  • Accurately pick customer orders, prepare dispatch documentation and carrier paperwork, and ensure all activity is recorded within the system
  • Load outbound vehicles in line with delivery manifests and operational requirements
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed effectively
  • Maintain high levels of stock accuracy, supporting smooth day-to-day operations
