Functional Role/Responsibility overview:
Representing Air / Ocean customer onboarding requirements.
Coordinate as global or regional work stream support utilizing our (CPM Methodology) and thereby safeguarding the agreed scope, deliverables, agreed timelines, budget as well as the overall customer satisfaction.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Key lead member to driver the business implementation methods within the CEVA Air and Ocean products, to include various by-products (Brokerage/Domestic/CL).
- Work as a (global) project lead or as a Work Stream Lead for respective assigned implementation (WSL) for Air and Ocean projects to drive the success of implementation.
- Project setup and roll-out: Set up project as per CEVA project management methodology, including but not limited to tools, templates, SharePoint, data validation; Mobilize global, regional and local CEVA resources together with the resources selected from the client to ensure appropriate, cost efficient and timely implementation, as per the defined scope and to the customer’s maximum satisfaction
- Benchmark and analyze (potential) business awards against our standard station processes and services, for subsequent identification of gaps or risks, notifying these to BD and product in the pursuit of the development of a workable operational solution.
- Communicate actively and proactively with all project stakeholders internally and externally on project progress, risks & issues, open action items, and deliverables.
- Collaborate and prepare operations in close collaboration with internal and client stakeholders. Oversee and support the development of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to execute the business ensuring mitigation of risk and management of change
- Ensure that homogenous operational workflows, applications as well as reporting capabilities are introduced across all applicable countries to achieve service deliverables and customer KPIs
- Go-live hyper care and steady state monitoring: management, monitoring, and improvement of the GO-Live phase, making necessary changes if needed, with clear timelines and quality check points, to ensure client satisfaction and profitable execution. Hand over the business governance and execution to operations towards the end of the implementation.
- Minimize risks and support the mitigation of potential issues for the day- to-day operations for both the client and CEVA during the implementation and project delivery.
- Know and use the existing escalation paths (when necessary) to ensure any disruptions or roadblocks in the projects are addressed and solved as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
-
- Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- At least five years related experience preferred.
- At least five years industry experience preferred.
Skills:

- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and customers.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
