YOUR ROLE

 

We’re looking for a CoE Business Solutions & Pricing Manager to join our Air & Ocean Healthcare Centre of Excellence in Ireland. This specialist role sits at the heart of our healthcare offering, supporting customers shipping high value and temperature controlled products across global networks.


You’ll work closely with customers, operations, quality and global stakeholders to design, price and implement compliant, high quality logistics solutions ensuring CEVA and Client standards are met and exceeded at every stage.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As the CoE Business Solutions & Pricing Manager you will:

 

  • Support healthcare customers with business solutions, including EDI, automated reporting and digital tools
  • Manage healthcare pricing activity, including ad‑hoc requests and RFQs/RFIs, acting as the point of contact for global tenders linked to Irish customers
  • Conduct lane risk assessments, identifying operational and compliance risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Lead new business implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational readiness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, cold chain solution providers and tools suppliers, aligned to global contracts
  • Drive customer service improvements, including CAPA management and performance reviews
  • Own customer SOPs and ensure operations teams are trained on new or evolving requirements
  • Partner closely with Quality teams and the Responsible Person to ensure full regulatory compliance across all healthcare shipments

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Strong experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a clear focus on healthcare logistics
  • In‑depth knowledge of cold chain solutions, regulatory compliance and healthcare customer requirements
  • Experience working with airlines and temperature controlled tools or solution providers
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability with a customer centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross functional environment
  • Excellent influencing and problem solving skills
  • A passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement
