YOUR ROLE
Our operation based in Dublin is looking for a Healthcare Hub Manager to lead Centre of Excellence ensuring the highest quality standards for temperature-controlled Air and Ocean shipments. You will act as the expert for cold chain logistics, aligning customer SOPs, contracts, and CEVA processes to deliver compliant, high-performance service.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead customer performance reviews in collaboration with Account Manager teams, analysing volumes, KPIs, service levels, and open issues to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings with Business Solutions, Operations, Origin teams, and customer stakeholders to review performance and implement new processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationship management ensuring strong, trusted partnerships.
- Take ownership of customer contracts, new business implementations to ensure full compliance and successful onboarding.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback on service quality, working with local and regional leadership to develop and execute improvement action plans.
- Manage customer validation processes, ensuring alignment with their systems, technologies, and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and escalation support to Operations teams when intervention is required to protect service and quality standards.
- Actively participate in Business Reviews.
- Coordinate audits and performance analysis and translating findings into clear improvement actions.
- Partner closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all customer and internal quality standards are consistently met and exceeded.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced Healthcare logistics professional with an extensive experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on healthcare and temperature-controlled solutions. You will bring extensive Air and Ocean expertise, including deep knowledge of cold chain operations and hands-on experience working directly with airlines and specialist solutions providers. A thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance, GDP requirements, and the complex supply chain needs of companies operating within the sector is essential.
You will have a proven track record of leading new business implementations from design through to stabilisation, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance. With strong commercial awareness and an established industry network, you confidently engage senior stakeholders and build credibility across customer and internal teams. You will have strategic and analytical approach, leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset with a clear focus on quality and compliance.
