We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Process Excellence Professional to join our team at CEVA Logistica de Mexico, specialising in operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role is key to driving the execution and sustainability of business processes aligned with corporate standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kaizen Implementation: Participate actively in both national and international Business Process Excellence (BPE) meetings. Lead and facilitate Kaizen committee meetings, execute Kaizen projects, and provide cross-departmental support to foster continuous improvement. Communicate progress and KPI compliance across national operations and contribute innovative ideas and feedback to enhance operational workflows.
  • Standardised Work Sheets Management: Conduct detailed standard cycle time analyses to optimise operational performance. Maintain and update standard work instructions to ensure accuracy and reflect improvements promptly.
  • Process Layered Audits: Perform assigned bi-weekly audits to assess process compliance and identify any deviations from established standards. Document findings accurately and communicate discrepancies to relevant departments.
  • Global Management System (GMS): Carry out regular facility inspections within client sites, assist in the resolution of audit findings related to your department, and participate in GMS coordination meetings. Ensure timely communication of any non-compliance issues to responsible parties.
  • Sustainability and Compliance Activities (SCA): Conduct area walkthroughs to verify adherence to compliance requirements. Oversee control and monitoring activities, notifying respective departments of any shortcomings.
  • Training and Development: Deliver mandatory training sessions as scheduled within My Academy platform. Monitor and ensure training compliance, particularly for SCA programmes, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Internal and External Audits: Engage actively in company-provided training to deepen understanding of relevant standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMS, and SCA. Assist in ensuring full compliance with these quality and operational standards during audits.
  • Document Control: Oversee the review and timely updating of departmental documents and procedures. Implement rigorous control processes to ensure accuracy and currency in all work instructions and cycle times.
  • Corporate Compliance: Manage and monitor adherence to CEVA’s standardisation guidelines across business processes, supporting corporate objectives to maintain operational excellence and competitive advantage.

Candidate Profile:

  • Adept at working in dynamic and cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise across multiple departments and management levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset capable of identifying process inefficiencies and driving actionable improvements.
  • Proficient in conducting audits, compliance monitoring, and handling documentation control in accordance with international standards.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
  • Experience or familiarity with Kaizen methodologies, lean principles, and quality management systems is highly desirable.
