  • Champion continuous improvement, analysing performance, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions, best practice and company standards across the operation.
  • Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, working effectively with client, internal teams, customers and external suppliers to deliver service excellence.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractor performance and spend, ensuring contractual, operational and compliance requirements are consistently met.
  • Lead investigations and operational projects, including customer complaints and people-related matters, ensuring effective resolution and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain regulatory and legislative compliance, keeping up to date with changes affecting transport, HSE and O-Licence requirements and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Ensure clear communication across transport, warehouse and client teams, maintaining alignment, collaboration and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the ongoing development of the UK Power Networks contract, contributing to MBRs, site and network improvements, and the long-term growth of the customer partnership.
  • Cover the route planning when necessary.
