YOUR ROLE
This is a reinforcement A Team, who is lacking Field sales ressources for Air business Portfolio exploitation and Growth.Very ambitious budget for 2025 - 2026 which is requiring more sales People for Country sales Team.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Study customer needs;
Interact with customers;Welcome, inform and advise customers;
Present the services, make quotes and insert them into the operating system;
Make sales;
Develop strategies to boost sales;Establish lists of prospects and make every effort to turn them into customers;Research and maintain market data (statistics, ongoing projects, etc.);
Canvass potential customers to present services and obtain the signing of sales contracts;o Ensure commercial follow-up and process complaints to maintain a relationship of trust and build customer loyalty;
Produce weekly activity reports to the line manager;Immediately inform your supervisor of any risk situation;
Ensure continuous training and the development of skills in line with the realities of the work environment;Strictly respect the process and hierarchical links.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Key Accountabilities
1- Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
2- Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
3 - Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
4 - Meet personal and team sales targets
5 - Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
6 - Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
7 - Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
8 - Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Having good interpersonal skills is an essential quality; Have a great ability to listen to effectively identify the client's needs;Be able to develop a coherent argument and know how to be persuasive;Have a good knowledge of the sector of activity (market, customers, competition) and of course services; Excellent presentation and elocution and determination and willingness to take on challenges.
Computer knowledge:
Proficiency in the office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point),
Personal qualities:
The salesperson must above all have the sense of organization and rigor that are the main
qualities required to perform this position. The salesperson must also be discreet, honest and
have good interpersonal skills.
