About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

 

What you will do

As Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:

  • Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.
  • Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers.
  • Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with the team to resolve any operational issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

 

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

CCNL: Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
