For our new location in Frankfurt/Oder, we are looking for an experienced and analytically strong Business Controller (m/f/d) who will actively shape the financial management of the site and act as a strategic sparring partner for the management.

Your Tasks: 

• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and reporting of the site
• Preparation of financial analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• CAPEX tracking (during launch phase) 
• Identification and implementation of cost optimization potentials together with operations
• Participation in monthly and annual financial closings
• Further development of KPI systems for efficient location management
• Contact person for financially relevant topics vis-à-vis management and stakeholders
  
  

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of finance, controlling, business administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in logistics or contract logistics
• Experience in the financial management of large operating units with a large number of employees
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, target/actual analyses and business case calculations
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as excellent Excel skills, Power BI is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of working with a high affinity for numbers
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards different stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
