CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions to connect people, products, and providers all around the world. Present in more than 170 countries and with over 110,000 employees across 1,500 sites, we are proud to be a Top 5 global 3PL.

Every day, our people imagine better ways to serve a world in motion – creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions for our customers.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Key Account Manager (GOKAM) to join our Air & Ocean business, based in Singapore, or Shanghai, China.

In this senior, customer-facing role, you will take ownership of the global operational relationship with a leading multinational technology company, providing oversight of international freight operations, service performance and customer experience across CEVA's global network.

Acting as a key operational counterpart to the customer's senior logistics leadership, you will manage complex escalations, drive service improvements and ensure consistent operational execution across regions.

Working closely with regional and country operations, Global Key Account Management, Product and Business Development teams, you will play an important role in strengthening a strategically significant customer partnership.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the global operational relationship for a strategic technology customer across Air & Ocean freight services, ensuring agreed service commitments and operational requirements are achieved.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational issues, coordinating timely resolution across regional and country teams.
  • Monitor global operational performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, identifying service gaps and leading corrective and preventative actions.
  • Lead global monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), presenting performance insights, operational priorities and improvement initiatives to senior customer stakeholders.
  • Work closely with regional and local OKAMs, country operations and functional teams to deliver consistent customer service and operational execution globally.
  • Develop, implement and maintain customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent application across the global network.
  • Identify recurring service issues, process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable operational solutions.
  • Support the operational implementation and onboarding of new business, services and customer requirements across countries and regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process standardisation, automation, data analytics and operational innovation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are an accomplished freight forwarding and logistics professional with extensive experience managing complex international customer operations. You combine strong operational expertise with commercial awareness, analytical capability and the confidence to engage senior customer stakeholders while influencing operational teams across different countries and regions.

You will also have:

  • Extensive experience in international freight forwarding or logistics, with strong end-to-end knowledge of both Air and Ocean freight operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic or multinational customer accounts, ideally within a regional or global operational key account management environment.
  • Strong capability in operational performance management, customer escalations, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and service recovery.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel capability and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior customer leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams globally.

Experience supporting customers within the technology, electronics or other complex global supply chain sectors will be highly regarded.

Given the global scope of this role, flexibility to work across APAC, European and North American time zones will be required.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.

The benefits outlined above apply to Singapore-based appointments. Employment benefits for candidates appointed in Shanghai will be aligned with applicable local arrangements.

  • Personal wellbeing: benefit from comprehensive group insurance and medical coverage, including Group Term Life, Personal Accident, Hospital & Surgical, Major Medical, outpatient GP and Specialist benefits. Eligible dependants are also covered under the Hospital & Surgical and Major Medical plans.
  • Work-life balance: enjoy 19 working days’ annual leave in your first year, increasing progressively with service, together with applicable medical, hospitalisation, marriage, childcare, compassionate and palliative care leave.
  • Flexible benefits: receive SGD 1,000 per year in flexible benefits, which may be used across eligible medical, dental, optical, health and wellness, personal development and selected lifestyle expenses.
  • Professional development: your growth is essential to us. Unlock your potential through internal mobility opportunities, leadership and mentoring programmes, and MyLearning – our global online platform with more than 1,000 courses.

Diversity is core to who we are. By reflecting the cultures and perspectives of our customers and communities, we perform at our best. CEVA Logistics is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
