YOUR ROLE
Customer Onboarding (Credit Check, OneID, POAs, SOPs, etc.)
Customer Specific tasks ahead of/after shipping / booking (PO management, etc.)
Receive Booking, Quote- or Service Requests
Routing Order to origins, follow up, updates
Shipment Status Requests, Track & Trace
Complaints, Queries,
Claims (entry point, guide)
Exception Management
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Receive Supplier bookings and confirm with overseas / account owners
- Place booking with carriers and release SO# to client accordingly to booking
- Coordinate for container pick up / stuffing / gate in / confirm loading
- OFS /CWO data input/ settlement preparation / related filings / pre-alert and document filing
- AR collection or work with account owner for AR collection, payment to carriers / co- loaders
- Daily problem solving and reports maintainers.
- Assist Team leader to monitor team performance
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor degree.
- 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding industry
- Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
