Job Purpose
to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation, processing, and management of all shipping documents required for international air cargo transportation. Key objectives include:
Ensuring regulatory compliance with airline, export/import, and security requirements.
Preventing costly delays, fines, or cargo holds caused by missing or incorrect paperwork.
Enabling efficient tracking and communication between shippers, forwarders, carriers, and consignees.
Supporting operational workflow by coordinating data entry, document archiving, and distribution to relevant parties.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for air export documentation operations in system, including document preparation, organizing accompanying documents, invoicing and document handover;
Monitor cargo handover progress, document flow status, and flight information in real time, and provide timely updates to customers and internal colleagues regarding cargo status;
Verify and confirm bill of lading (air waybill) details with customers to ensure accuracy of consignor/consignee information, product descriptions, piece count, weight, and dimensions;
Properly handle various unexpected issues during operations and complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
