Key Accountabilities

  1. Secure team performance is valid vs customer expectation
  2. Customs and WMS system maintenance.
  3. Monthly billing & cost in Pegusas are accurate.
  4. Increase operation efficiency under certain tool or renovation method.
  5. Reply and solve customer's inquiries. Suitable solution for customer complaint
  6. Vendor performance measurement and cost control proposal
  7. Delivery satisfaction service to customer.
  8. Coordinate the job of other customer services.
  9. To work under stress to meet tight deadlines / demands from client in peak season.
  10. Manage the supplier and solve the compliant from client
  11. Qualified to fulfill 100% order from client
  12. Manage the CS team
  13. Modify professional report and KPI report

Job Requirement:

  1. College degree or above
  2. Skilled in MS office
  3. Good communicational skill and English
  4. 8 years experiences in 3PL
  5. Hard working and cooperative
  6. Skilled at Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  7. Good coordination and manage skill
