Key Accountabilities

1  Review the completeness and validity of customs declaration documents and communicate with customs brokers to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of customs declaration.

2  Interpret customs policies to ensure business compliance; Review commodity classification and documents; reduce customs clearance error % and track domestic / foreign trade policy trends (including Hainan Free Trade Port policy).

3  Handbook maintenance, inventory data accurate, statistics,  identify issues and prevent errors happen

4  Responsible for the docking and implementation of on-site business such as cargo transfer, customs inspection etc

5  The use of customs system docking and system customization management.

6  Preparation of AEO application materials.

7  Data archiving and improving document management.

8  Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

1.    College Degree or above
2.    At least 3 years above experience in Duty-free company or Customs broker.
3.    Familiar with the customs declaration     business process of chemicals & perfume
4.    System, software knowledge
5.    Got the Customs declaration certificate is preferable. 
6.    Expertise on Hainan FTP local Customs is a plus. 
7.    Be able to read and write emails and have basic English communication skills.
