YOUR ROLE

Responsible for overall transportation management in CEVA HNL. Daily work covers shipment arrangement, transportation vendor management and transportation resource allocation. Conduct unscheduled sourcing to explore and select more suitable and qualified transportation vendors, optimize supplier portfolio, ensure on-time, stable, cost-effective transportation operation to meet business demands.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Transportation Arrangement
Formulate daily transportation plans, complete vehicle dispatch, route optimization and cargo distribution, monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
Transport Vendor Management
Manage existing cooperative transportation vendors in full cycle, assess service quality, delivery performance and compliance status, maintain stable cooperation and handle daily operational issues.
Transport Resource Management
Integrate and allocate available transport capacity and fleet resources, improve resource utilization rate, reduce empty load and idle waste.
Unscheduled Vendor Sourcing
Carry out irregular sourcing activities to seek more appropriate transportation vendors. Collect market supplier information, compare service quality, qualification and quotation, introduce high-quality suppliers to optimize vendor resources.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

College diploma or above, familiar with local transportation industry regulations
Over 8 years working experience in transportation management with proven vendor management and sourcing activities
Proficient in transportation management processes, vendor evaluation and cost control;
Familiar with transportation management system (TMS) /office software (Excel, Word) for daily operations and reporting
Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills;
Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors and customers
