YOUR ROLE

At CEVA Logistics, our real estate portfolio plays a vital role in supporting our operations, serving our customers and enabling our business to grow. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Real Estate to lead our real estate function across England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

You’ll take the lead on our real estate strategy, overseeing a diverse portfolio and driving key decisions around property transactions, lease negotiations, facilities management and investment. Working closely with teams across Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Lease Administration, you’ll ensure our real estate portfolio continues to meet the evolving needs of our business.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial expertise, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver value, improve efficiency and support our long-term growth and sustainability ambitions.

Based at our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide strategic direction across the UK and Ireland, representing CEVA Logistics in internal and external business meetings and managing a team of real estate experts across asset, property and facility management, alongside external consultants.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including new site searches, lease renewals, acquisitions, relocations, disposals, consolidations, build-to-suit developments and bid searches.
• Anticipate upcoming lease expiries, develop strategic negotiation plans and lead high-value negotiations to secure the best outcomes for CEVA.
• Prepare and oversee budgets covering rent, savings, maintenance and investment, monitor real estate profit and loss across internal real estate companies, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Manage CEVA’s real estate business rules, acquisition governance and project approval processes, including the preparation and review of business plans for ICAP.
• Coordinate routine and exceptional maintenance activities, utilise the PLANON facilities management tool, and oversee the control and reduction of repair costs through a national Integrated Facility Management contract.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an experienced real estate professional who combines strong commercial judgement with strategic thinking, leadership capability and a collaborative approach. You’ll bring experience in commercial or industrial real estate management, alongside a strong understanding of property markets, high-value negotiations and sourcing processes.

You’ll be confident interpreting financial information, managing budgets and understanding profit and loss performance, with the ability to turn market insights into informed business decisions. A strong network of industry contacts, including portfolio owners, investors, developers and professional bodies, will help you identify opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for CEVA.
