Customer/Stakeholder	- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors - Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings - Ensuring timely payment of debts - Negotiating re-payment plans - Responding to customers’ enquiries - Preparing customers’ SOA periodically - Checking and posting of receipts to system - AR Reconcile sub ledger and general ledger periodically - Reconcile bank statements daily - Solving problems regarding incorrect payments - Producing monthly/weekly Aging reports - Cashflow forecast - Filing documents in a proper manner that facilitates tracking purpose. - Fulfill other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Manager.	- Understand AR process - Debt chasing effectively - Ensure collection are recorded correctly and timely in accounting book. - Safeguarding customer risk - In coordinate with OPS & Sales effectively for Settling of outstanding -Improving cash flow - Foreseeing credit risks to higher level of management. -Maintain good/efficient relationship with customer
