Job Summary:

1. Budget Management

- Plan for office administrative activities and budget

- Report on activities & expenses

2. Asset Management

- Ensuring office stock for necessary stuff

- Managing & inventorying assets periodically, monitoring the use of company assets

- Purchasing & allocation of equipment and working stationery

3. Office management

- Work with building management, government authorities, QHSE to maintain safety, firefighting, health and environment standard

- Work with landlord about renting contract, payment, building, maintenance issues, update building regulations...

- Manage operation of security, company vehicles, employee's parking, cleaning, gardening, other office supplies (water, uniform) ...

- Issue and training guiding of office use to employees

- Manage and store information and documents

- Manage other activities such as: reception, meetings, company car, book air ticket & hotel, work permit, TRC...

- Receive and send mail. Track and reconcile monthly accounts receivable.

4. Purchasing management

- Develop supplier list, maintain relationship and select optimal suppliers for office administration equipment & facilities

- Plaining to purchase necessary equipment for office administrative activities. Responsible for managing, monitoring and preparing office equipment when damaged

- Liaise with finance team for controlling payment

6. Others jobs as assigned by manager.
