The Country Tender Management (CTM) is part of the Regional CTM structure, which is embedded within the Global Tender Management (GTM) organization. The CTM is responsible for leading all country-level tender activities. The role ensures the preparation and timely submission of competitive, high-quality, and compliant proposals in response to tenders received from GTM regional team (where applicable), CTM community or local Business Development (BD) teams. Operating under the guidance of the Country A&O Leader and Regional CTM Coordination Manager, the CTM leads tenders that fall under the CTM scope and ensures strict adherence to GTM processes and principles while addressing local market needs.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead tenders under CTM scope by following GTM process and governance.
- Ensure full compliance with GTM tools, templates, and processes.
- Own the HT (local charges) file for the country—ensure they are complete, competitive, and regularly reviewed.
- Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality tender submissions: Consistent and validated rates, Feasible and competitive lead times, Completed data and service descriptions.
- Act as the key liaison between BD, Product, and Operations at country level to ensure cohesive inputs and customer focus.
- Facilitate communication and alignment with regional and global stakeholders (GTM, Regional CTM, Regional Product, TLM).
- Engage in commercial discussions and sign-off processes with country and regional management for strategic tenders.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the network and foster strong working relationships with all key functions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or tender management
- Strong knowledge of local logistics and market dynamics
- Familiarity with international shipping (Air, Ocean, Multimodal)
- Proficiency in Excel, pricing platforms, and tender tools
- Excellent coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in local language; English required for regional/global communication
